Registration costs for contests and other events are non-refundable once paid.

Once registered, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

If a registrant wishes to reschedule his or her participation in the contest or event, a registration is transferable to another contest or event hosted by Swami Vivekanand Education and Research Centre, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors or assigns (“SVERC,” “we” or “us”) so long as the participant provides us with electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer the registration within 48 hours of the registration. You will be notified of the upcoming contests and rescheduled participation must take place within one (1) year of the original contest or event date. A transfer voucher will be saved in your personal record with SVERC data in value equal to the rupee amount paid for the original registration. An administrative fee of 20% of the registration will apply in the contest in which you transfer your event participation as permitted above.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel or postpone a contest or related event(s). If we have to cancel or postpone a contest or event, we will make reasonable attempts to reschedule it within six (6) months of its original start date. Registration fees paid for a cancelled or postponed contest will be applied to the rescheduled contest solely on a rupee-for-rupee basis. Participants will be provided a refund if SVERC chooses not to reschedule the cancelled contest or event. If this occurs, our liability is limited to a return of any previously paid registration fee(s). SVERC is not liable for any other related or unrelated charges. Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.

Dates for contests and events are subject to change without notice. SVERC retains the right to amend any and all contest or event rules at any time and without notice.

Confirmation of Registration

Within 2-3 working days, you will receive an email confirming your registration and payment. If you have not received it within 2-3 working days of registering, please contact the office at +91-7744996620 or info@sverc.org.

Payment Related Information:

For the time being, we only accept payment for registration through the Razorpay payment gateway. We are not liable for any differences in bank exchange rates, bank card currency exchange rates, additional charges, and etc. 

Checks and money orders are not accepted online at this time. If you are unable to pay via the payment gateway mentioned, please contact our office during business hours at +91-7744996620 to make alternate payment arrangements.
